Yes — that's actually the whole point. I translate between the technical and business worlds so you always know what's being built, why, and what it means for your bottom line. No jargon, no black boxes. If I can't explain it in plain English, I won't build it.
02 How is this different from hiring a dev agency or a freelancer?
