1. Engagement Overview

By accessing this website or engaging the services of Infinite Expertise, you agree to be bound by these terms. My services are provided on a fractional basis, intended to offer high-leverage strategic leadership and decision support to your business.

2. Professional Relationship

I act as an independent advisor. While I integrate with your internal teams and external vendors, I do not assume legal employment status or fiduciary responsibility for the business. My role is to provide the "Leadership Layer" that empowers your existing resources.

3. Fees & Commitments

Consistent with my principle of "Month-to-Month, Not Hostage," advisory engagements are typically structured on a recurring monthly basis.

• Payments are due in advance of the service month.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' notice.
• Specific deliverables and scope will be outlined in your individual Statement of Work (SOW).

4. Intellectual Property

Any strategy, roadmaps, or documentation created specifically for your business during our engagement becomes your property upon full payment of fees. My underlying methodologies, frameworks, and patterns remain the property of Infinite Expertise.

5. Confidentiality

In the course of our work, I will have access to sensitive business data. I maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public information. I am happy to sign your standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to a full engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

My advice is based on 20+ years of experience, but results depend on execution and market variables. Infinite Expertise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the implementation of strategic recommendations.
