1. Engagement Overview

By accessing this website or engaging the services of Infinite Expertise, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are provided as a hybrid of high-leverage strategic leadership (Advisory) and full-stack technical delivery (Implementation).

2. Professional Relationship

Infinite Expertise acts as an independent partner. While we integrate deeply with your internal teams and external vendors, we do not assume legal employment status or fiduciary responsibility for the client business. Our role is to provide the "Implementation Layer" that converts business vision into technical reality.

3. Fees & Commitments

Engagement structures vary based on scope:

• ● Build Projects: Fixed-fee or milestone-based payments as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• ● Fractional Advisory: Monthly recurring retainers, payable in advance of the service month.
• ● Termination: Either party may terminate a recurring engagement with 30 days' written notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Any custom code, strategy roadmaps, or documentation created specifically for your business during a paid engagement becomes your property upon full payment of fees. Underlying Infinite Expertise methodologies, pre-existing frameworks, and "agentic building blocks" remain the property of Infinite Expertise.

5. Liability & Results

Strategic advice and technical builds are based on 20+ years of product leadership. However, commercial results depend on market variables and client execution. Infinite Expertise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the implementation of strategic recommendations or software deployment.
